
This is one of my kids favorite dishes. Take one jar of Pepperoncinis and drain juice into crock pot, with a couple of pepperoncinis.
Then add two packets of Italian seasoning powder mix, and about 4 cups of water. Add a roast and cook 5-6 hrs on high.
Then slice it up and serve on rolls with cheese and more pepperoncinis(optional), and we throw it on the Forman grill and serve with a side of the Au-Jus sauce left in the crock pot, Yummy!!!
